Responsible play

Play should remain entertainment. Set a budget and time limit, take regular breaks and stop if play affects your wellbeing or responsibilities. Do not chase losses or treat game results as income.

Set separate daily stake limits for Chips and Shards, take a 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day break, or permanently exclude your account. Restrictions are checked by the server across games and devices. Wins and refunds remain payable to the account balance for already funded rounds. New stakes, including double, split and insurance stakes, are blocked when a restriction applies.

Limits count gross stakes per UTC day, not net losses. Reductions apply immediately; increases and removal wait 24 hours. Timed breaks cannot end early and permanent self-exclusion has no cancellation option. Do not create another account to bypass these controls.

These controls apply to this account. Cross-account identity matching and enforceable session-duration limits are not implemented. Gross stake limits are not deposit or net loss limits. Additional safeguards and eligibility checks are required before payments and withdrawals launch.
