Availability and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and play. Keep your account information accurate. Confirming your age or choosing a country during signup is not identity or location verification.

Access to a game does not establish eligibility for every payment, reward or withdrawal. Requirements can differ by country and region. Your wallet is the place to check methods available to your account. Do not use false information, another person’s account or a location disguise to bypass a restriction.

Money withdrawals are planned for eligible Shards balances. Live payments and withdrawals are not open in any territory in the current release. Launch requires approved markets, operating arrangements and connected verification and payment services. No country selection or staff test result enables those services.

Account suspensions, play breaks and self exclusion can prevent new play and reward claims. Existing funded rounds and applicable refunds can still settle. An account restriction cannot be bypassed by opening another account.
