Rewards and promotions

Chicken Coop collections, weekly drops, collection bonuses, codes and gifts can award Chips, Shards, cases or inventory items. Each offer shows its reward and claim conditions. Chips are for play. Shards withdrawal eligibility follows the wallet policy; test credits do not become withdrawable funds. A collection record is not an additional claimable item.

The Chicken Coop replaces the daily reward. Eligible accounts start with one free chicken and collect its Chips and Shards manually. Chickens store up to 24 hours of production. Full baskets pause drops and egg production. Eggs must be opened manually within 24 hours of laying, with a 75% chance to hatch and a 25% chance to give no chicken. Spoiled eggs give nothing. The field guide shows all breed odds and food effects. Optional food is purchased with Chips only, stays in your backpack until used, and gives 12 hours of benefits once served. It cannot improve eggs already laid. Chickens produce without purchased food. A coop begins with 2 roosts and can expand to 12, with 24 nest spaces. Coop upgrades require the displayed flock size, feeding milestones and Chips. Higher coop tiers unlock more breeds for newly laid eggs. Chicken upgrades require their own feeding milestones and increase the displayed production and egg chances. Food never bypasses breed locks. Existing chickens and eggs are preserved when progression rules are introduced. Rehoming is permanent, collects stored drops, removes that chicken and its upgrades and meal, and gives no refund. At least one chicken must stay in the coop.

Eligible accounts can still claim 750 Chips and 5 Shards once per UTC week. Weeks reset on Monday at 00:00 UTC. Unclaimed weekly rewards do not roll over.

Collecting from the coop on seven different UTC days unlocks a separate bonus of 1000 Chips and 10 Shards. Earlier daily claims still count, with at most one qualifying collection day per UTC date. Days do not have to be consecutive, and progress does not expire when a day is missed. Each earned bonus can be claimed once. No purchase or play is required. Play breaks, self-exclusion, account restrictions and operator pauses also apply to these claims. Egg expiry and meal timers continue during a break.

There is no active mail-in entry program or published processing address. Do not mail requests or submit your name and home address for this purpose. The previous request form has been retired. Previously submitted demo requests do not grant real-prize eligibility; their records require operator review and an appropriate privacy retention decision.

Any promotion involving money or real prizes requires official rules covering the sponsor, eligible jurisdictions and ages, dates, entry methods and limits, odds and prize details, selection, claims, disputes, and an operational free-entry route where required.
