Your three welcome cases
While the welcome offer is active, eligible new accounts receive three cases after completing account setup. Check availability at signup. The cases arrive in your inventory, where the welcome flow helps you find them.
Open welcome cases from your inventory to discover their results. The reward details show the currency used for settlement. Existing accounts should use their own available rewards instead of creating extra accounts to repeat the welcome offer.
Start a flock and collect its drops
Your Chicken Coop begins with one chicken and two slots. Chickens produce Chips and Shards, with up to 24 hours of stored production while you are away. Select a chicken in the yard to inspect it, collect available drops or use food from your backpack.
Chickens can also lay eggs. Eggs never hatch automatically: you choose when to open them and watch the hatching animation. Hatching can fail. An egg spoils 24 hours after it was laid, so the expiry time belongs to the egg itself, not to your next login.
Food and upgrades are optional choices
Free grazing continues without buying food. Market meals use Chips, go into your backpack and can be fed to a selected chicken. The market and field guide show their effects and the relevant odds before you choose.
Coop upgrades require progression as well as the displayed cost. Check the required chickens and feeding progress in the upgrade dialog. Higher coop levels unlock access to additional breeds; a new breed being available does not guarantee the next egg will contain it.
Individual chicken upgrades improve that chicken according to its displayed level information. If the coop is full, you can rehome a chicken to free a slot. Review that choice before confirming it.
Weekly rewards and collection bonuses
The rewards hub shows your weekly drop and its next reset. Collecting coop drops on seven different UTC days advances the collection bonus. The days do not need to be consecutive, and earlier qualifying daily claims still count.
Staff gifts and reward codes can add eligible rewards to the inventory. Gifted skins, case rewards and credit coupons have different inventory actions. Your collection history is a record of discoveries, not the same thing as an unclaimed inventory reward.
